Responsibilities:

• Contribute innovative ideas and your personal touch to the team

• Develop new models and functionality for the platform, collaborating with the data, development and product teams

• Help maintain availability and improve product statistical models

• Contribute to the development of data funnels by working with large-scale NoSQL database technologies

• Take the initiative to improve and simplify existing processes

• Strive to obtain specific knowledge regarding the company's infrastructure and the area as a whole

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Economics or IT (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a data scientist

• At least 3 years of experience modeling real-world data through statistics and machine learning

• Interested in learning about economics in mobile apps

• It will be good to have experience scaling your own data models in a production and funnel creation/maintenance manner

• Extensive experience programming with Python and/or R and SQL

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform products and services will be a good asset

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Grape, Swagger, AWS, BigQuery, Redis, Elasticsearch and MySQL

• Experience with jQuery, Highcharts, React, Sidekiq, Celery and Airflow

• Knowledge of Cloud66, Capistrano, JavaScript, Ruby, Vagrant, Ansible, Packer and Docker

• Ability to communicate your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent written and spoken English
